Spacious room, comfortable bathroom, perfect for a relaxing stay with a nice shower and a mini fridge for drinks from the Lidl next door. It's just a 10-minute bus ride to the train station.

I stayed for 7 nights in a Classic King Room Non-Smoking. The location was quiet with a bus stop right outside. The bedroom was spacious and very clean. Breakfast offered a generous selection, including good coffee. Staff were helpful and spoke English fluently. 😊

We enjoyed a fantastic time visiting the thermal waters in Sirmione, which was only a short drive away. The kids loved the nearby amusement park, Gardaland, and overall, the spacious room and modern setup made our stay truly comfortable.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel offered a kid-friendly menu at breakfast.

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a cozy bar/lounge, and 24-hour reception. I'll always remember how the staff offered me a cold drink during my first visit! I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.

We explored the thermal waters of Sirmione, then hit the waves for some surfing in Torbole. The bus stop right outside made getting around super easy. The room was spacious and comfy. The breakfast had all the right options. I’d recommend the bacon and eggs!

One downside was the lack of support from the hotel staff when asking about directions. It felt like an effort for them to help, which was frustrating for a first-time visitor.

The location is great with a bus stop right outside for easy city access. Staff seemed uninterested during check-in. Rooms are clean with nice views, but we had issues regulating the air conditioning. We enjoyed the bike tours nearby.

i had a great stay at best western. the staff were super helpful, and the location wasn't far from the town center. the bus stop right outside made it easy to travel around. i also appreciated having a safe in the room for my passport and cards. a nice touch was the wide selection of herbal teas available.

We had a pretty spacious room. The room had some nice touches like a tea kettle for making warm drinks and a fridge stocked daily, which was a relief after long days of touring. My wife loved how clean it was too.

The bus stop outside helps, but the service can be infrequent. The dining options are limited. the bistro mostly offers drinks and salads, leaving hot food options lacking. Additionally, charging devices is tricky due to the limited power outlets available in the room.
